BearManor Movie Presenter Agreement
BearManor (Buyer) agrees to purchase the following items on The B Stream:
- Movie Presenter Slot - an estimated 15 second intro prior to a movie as in "This presentation is brought to you by [book title}" - A QR code will be placed on the screen so viewers can go directly to the Amazon Sales Page link. Information will also be included on the movie's info section.
- An advertisement, up to 30 seconds, will be included with the release of a movie trailer, monthly, for 6 months.
- A notification to The B Stream's opted in users will be sent out announcing the new trailer each time one is released.
Buyer hereby grants to The B Stream for use on the B Stream, and any promotions and advertisements thereof, the rights to use the BearManor name, logo, as well as the book's name and depiction, in association with the advertisements items listed above and the exploitation and exhibit of those items on the B Stream.
By making this purchase, BearManor states that buyer has the full right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement and to grant all rights granted herein, and that Buyer is not under, nor will Buyer be under, any disability, restriction, or prohibition with respect to Buyer’s rights to fully perform in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
