Please Note: Similar to the concept of Kickstarter and IndieGoGo, perks will be sold through this fundraising campaign and then all orders will be fulfilled together after the campaign ends. We are striving to raise the funds necessary to produce a high quality film and as such, cannot currently provide a specific end date. "Let's Party" is a hybrid movie that combines elements of narrative storyline alongside documentary production with a goal of creating awareness and presenting alternative options through factual based discourse. It is the "Adam Ruins Everything" of 2 Party Politics illustrating the systems current failures and the reality that we don't have to fall victim to it.
"The concept that voting third party in the United States is throwing away your vote was literally marketing propaganda devised by a major party and likewise supported by the other in an attempt to suppress third party growth."
Let's Party follows the journey of filmmaker Brad Leo Lyon around the U.S.A. during the promotional tour of his new film "Thursday the 12th." While traveling a country facing a global pandemic happening during a presidential election year we become witness to an ongoing political war and the turmoil the country is undergoing due to it. In doing so, we find two highly disliked major party political candidates being shoved down their constituents throats and both parties actively campaigning to make them believe there are no alternative options.
A film of such a controversial nature is not easily funded. The two largest political parties in the nation will actually work to prevent it from happening. In addition, it is a dangerous and polarizing undertaking for any filmmaker to be involved in. To make it successful, we need your help in funding its production so we can spread awareness that, contrary to political opinions, there are third party options and considering such might just be a pathway to turning this country into the great one we all want it to truly be.
